From Boston to Copenhagen
This bløg is a newsreel about my family’s journey moving from Boston, USA to Copenhagen, Denmark. Following the 2024 election, my family decided to leave the United States, and my mom’s many friends asked her to keep them updated on our new lives. Instead of texting every person seperately each week, we had the idea of starting this blog to document the process of arriving, exploring and settling in Denmark. It is a deeply personal account following relationships, career moves, and acceptance of and into a new culture. You’ll read a week-by-week narrative about our journey finding work in a new country, meeting new people, seeing and creating all kinds of art, and adapting to the city we now call home.
